T.D. Clark "Personalities" CD
This CD called "Personalities" is from guitarist T.D. Clark. The CD is filled with great instrumental songs, "killer" acoustic guitar work and the production is very professional and "slick". T.D. is a great technician but plays with soul and feel. He is also a very accomplished writer. This is an overall great disc. The cover art is a 3D drawing. Look at the cover for a few seconds and a "smiling face" emerges in what is sometimes called a "stereogram". It's very cool. The first track "Emerald Skies" opens with a majestic verse melody in a mid tempo setting. There are a lot of key changes in this song and T.D. uses his speed with taste and flies effortlessly through the changes on this cut. Another stand out track is "At the Rivers Edge" where T.D. plays acoustic guitar. His feel is exceptional and plays very confidently through out this disc. We highly recommend this CD from young newcomer T.D. Clark. One final note. He toured recently with Ted Nugent and Bad Company. Sounds like pretty good company to us!

T.D. Clark "Perspective" CD
"Perspective" is T.D. Clark's 2nd CD. This part instrumental and part vocal disc has what many of the new guitar players who record and release records lack. WELL CRAFTED SONGS! The first track "Avalanche" is an up tempo instrumental rocker with shades of Satriani, oozing with melody and blazing leads. T.D. has elements of neo classical styles, nice acoustic playing as evidenced in "12 String Thing" and some great vocal songs. One of our favorites is "Mary Love". It is a sad story performed, sung and recorded with emotion. Michael Angelo mixed the CD and the production is excellent. Another great song is "Sunrise". This song is as radio ready as it gets. This is a great record.

Francesco Fareri "Suspension" CD
Francesco Fareri is an Italian musician, composer of exceptional skill on guitar. He plays incredibly fast and clean with seemingly non stop arpeggios in this all instrumental guitar onslaught. The title track "Suspension" starts very subdued with piano and strings for about 30 seconds - then all hell breaks loose. The super fast playing, sometimes with 2 guitars, arpeggios everywhere, in a very fast tempo. The music on the whole is very progressive with shades of "Dream Theater" and reminiscent at times of guitarist George Bellas but with a style that is all his own. Francesco is an incredible guitarist and this CD is non stop pure in your face shred guitar from beginning to end. The production is very clean and his guitar is very present on the disc. A fantastic, very Neo Classically influenced CD. You will hear a lot more from this guitarist in the near future.

Various Artists "Guitars At An Exhibition Volume 1" CD This is a compilation disc featuring some exceptional guitar talent. The 1st track "Its so Sad" is from the band "Fretfire" and is a vocal track in a very neoclassical style. The guitarist sounds a lot like Yngwie. He is also very good at it. The next track is a fusion composition called "I Found My Way" with a nice clean guitar sound and very articulate playing.. The next by song is called "Avalanche" by T.D. Clark. It is very commercial, very much like Joe Satriani. The styles range from very Progressive "Dream Theater" type compositions to fusion, neoclassical and even solo acoustic classical guitar as in track 5 titled "El Rio Corriente". The quality, arrangement and performance of each song is very high and the over all production is excellent. Some of the featured players are students of guitar great George Bellas. This CD is awesome. Most of the tracks are "band" orientated and not guitarists with programmed bass guitar and drum machines. This is the "real deal". Among the other notable guitarists featured on this disc is Eric Mantel. He sounds very much like Eric Johnson and gives a great performance on track 10 (Wings of Fire) . Track 8 "Lost in a Dream" is very experimental with cool arpeggios, lots of mixed meters and over all great playing. Tracks 1 and 9 are vocal songs. The rest are instrumental.
